Are you licensed in Florida?

Yes, we are fully licensed in Florida under license number HI11355 since 2018. We are a certified professional home inspection service and we operate under the InterNACHI standards of practice at all times. We are 100% veteran owned and operated.

How long have you been established?

What is wind mitigation?

Wind mitigation involves assessing a home's features to reduce wind damage during hurricanes and wind storms. The process of inspection covers the homes windows, doors, garage door, and roof trusses from within the attic area. We check for the pitch of the roof, safety of all openings to the home. This report goes to your insurance company so that they can assess the safety of your home.

Do you inspect pools?

Yes, we provide comprehensive pool inspections as part of our services. We check for electrical conditions around the pump area and any heating or cooling systems to the pool. We check the pool and spa surfaces. We also inspect the lighting, drains, strainers, water quality and do a pH water check. We look at the gates, safety fencing and alarms. We also check for grade and elevations, water spots on the ground for soaking, and cracking at the drains.

If you have a prior inspection performed please note that we keep your inspection records on file for 7 years. If you need a copy of a report there is a $10 mail charge if you need it by US mail. and this takes 5 business days. All other requests are sent via email only.
