Bronson Home Inspection Services LLC does offer additional inspection services. The base fees for these services are listed below. Additional charges and fees may apply based on your homes square footage, age, and other conditions. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions Apply: Prior to a home inspection being performed all terms and conditions, paper work, contracts, notices and agreements must be signed by the person requesting the inspection. Your final inspection report will be delivered only to the person on the contract and agreements. All fees are due and payable before the inspection begins and payment maybe made by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover only. Additional fees and charges maybe applied for cancelations, failure to pay, and taxes. FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your inspection report is generally sent to you within 24 hours or less via email. Paper reports are not printed or mailed to customers. If you need a printed copy please contact us prior to your inspection. There is a $10 fee per printed copy. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.

All inspection reports meet the standards of practice from InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Acknowledgement of this document is a formal requirement for your inspection and will be emailed to you prior to your inspection, along with the other documents that must be agreed to prior to your inspection taking place. If you have any questions about any of these, please reach out to use before your inspection scheduled.

Inspection Rescheduling: Should your inspection need to be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, unsafe conditions, payment, or documents not being completed on time; we will reschedule your inspection on a first come, first serve basis. We are not liable for any losses of time, monies, or expenses that this might cause. You do not have to be present for your home inspection, however we encourage that you do attend if possible so that we can answer any questions you may have about this process.
